Some clichés tend to linger, and youth hostels are often perceived as places lacking privacy or even hygiene, exclusively intended for students.
The challenge of this project was to create a new generation of hostels with its own brand, bringing together the best of youth hostels and finally opening up to a wider audience, such as families and young workers.
Basing ourselves on strong values such as freedom, accessibility and reliability, we defined a tailor-made positioning for France Hostels, coupled with a brand and an entire ecosystem.
Our expertise in customer experience enables us to offer experiences and services to enhance reputation and revenue, and seize the opportunities offered by digital to make places really stand out.
