Concept of co-living in Brussels “maison de maîtreâ€
OCA, big home big family is a co-living project in Brussels. We worked with our clients on the concept, the visual brand identity, the graphic design and the content of the website. As well as on the interior design and the signage of the houses.
The name OCA is a nod to the origins of the co-founders, it refers to indigenous Brazilian houses used by several families as a multi-purpose space.
The OCA houses are colorful, spacious and friendly, each room is equipped with a private shower and toilet. The common areas have been designed to be functional, warm and welcoming.
All OCA houses have a "Custom Room", in which OCA-livers have “carte blanche” to express their creativity through the room design and its uses according to their needs and desires.
